Here is one exercise, I want to share, that we received yesterday in Heidis and Kefas Zoom:

1. Sit or stand comfortably

2. Point with your hand to corners of the room, you are in. You can also point with your elbow, and your shoulder. Try around, choose a corner, point at it with your hand/elbow/shoulder

3. Now physically connect the corners in your movement, play around

4. Go beyond the space you are located and visualize the space around you, the street, sky, backyard etc. connect them
